High Blood Pressure

In the world I travel in, if you are NOT on more than one BP med, you are an anomaly (I’m on none).

This is NOT the way it is supposed to be. This is NOT the “new normal” despite everyone thinking that it is.

BP meds are a GATEWAY DRUG that we have been brainwashed into thinking is acceptable.

I’m not a doctor, thank god, who was trained by our Big Pharma based system. I IMPLORE you to look at your high blood pressure as a signal. It is your body telling you something is DRASTICALLY wrong. Instead of casually slamming a couple of “shut the hell up” pills into your body like they are candy, DO THE WORK! Try everything you can…and for as long as it takes…at the exclusion of other activities/foods/whatever.

Treat it as if you have been given a commutable death sentence rather than just mask it.

Once you get on those evil meds, it is tough to ever be confident enough to give them up. Then, one doesn’t work so BIG PHARMA gives you an additional one. Why wouldn’t they? ‘Hey, let’s maximize profit from our existing customer…cheaper than curing them and finding new ones!’

I’m not telling you to stop taking your BP meds…you have to make that call. It’s funny. Most people would have just said “you and your doctor make that call.’ NO!!! YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE TO MAKE THAT CALL! You decide on the level of CONSULTATION with your doc you want. In the end, YOU ARE YOUR OWN DOCTOR!

If I was diagnosed, what would I do? Immediately- exercise increases. Sugar and flour is eliminated from my diet as is alcohol. Meditation comes front and center. Every single homeopathic remedy that makes sense is explored. No deprivation would be felt because I would anchor Big Pharma wanting to enter my body anytime I ate, drank, or did anything to elevate my BP. Instead of “poor me, I can’t have a drink…” it would be EMPOWERED ME..”screw you Big Pharma…go straight to effing hell!’

…and you do the above FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES! Don’t tell me about “deprived.”

Wow! I just got a little impassioned.

I think I will go check my blood pressure

(If you need help with any of the above, get in touch with me. We can devise a plan and RTT can be of great assistance)
